Food Technology and Safety examines the food technology industry as it relates to food production, handling, and safety. Level 4: Practicum in Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources - Food Science & Technology M #8082
This is a capstone experience for students participating in a coherent sequence of the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources cluster. Students apply knowledge and skills in real-world situations such as employment, independent study, internships, assistantships, mentorships, or laboratories.
PR: A minimum of two credits with at least one course in a Level 2 or higher course from the Agriculture, Food, and Natural Resources Career Cluster.
